Student Responsibilities - what is expected of students in terms of hours, days of the week, shadowing or actual support?

We are flexible in terms of the number of hours that the student needs in order to fulfill her offsite elective. If she needs 40 we can accommodate, if they need less we can do that as well.  Depending on level of competence displayed they will be allowed to do exams and minor procedures under DVM supervision as well as assist in more complicated procedures.
