Description of Elective Experience

Feline and canine spay, neuter, dental and mass removal.

Institutional and Educational Resources - staffing, equipment, etc.

Our team consists of 6 general practice veterinarians, 1 internal medicine specialist, 6 RVTs and 17 additional support staff.

Student Responsibilities - what is expected of students in terms of hours, days of the week, shadowing or actual support?

Student will shadow the DVM team for 36-40 hours per week. Minor surgical exposure will be provided.
