Description:

The externship provided by Pipestone Veterinary Services is a predominantly swine focused externship. Students will be given opportunities to grow in areas of swine health, production, and research while working with veterinarians and team members at Pipestone Veterinary Services.

Student Responsibilities - what is expected of students in terms of hours, days of the week, shadowing or actual support?

Students will be assigned to a veterinarian each day to ride along with to visit sow farms and/or grow finish swine sites.
