Description of Elective Experience

Necropsy pathology - domestic species, wildlife and non-domestic species depending on case load

Institutional and Educational Resources - staffing, equipment, etc.

Student will work with board certified anatomic pathologists, in a fully AAVLD accredited diagnostic laboratory

Student Responsibilities - what is expected of students in terms of hours, days of the week, shadowing or actual support?

Perform routine diagnostic necropsies, M-Fri approximately 5hrs per day
