Description of Elective Experience

Predominantly bovine reproduction and herd health training. 

Institutional and Educational Resources - staffing, equipment, etc.

Five doctor practice with in house lab, ultrasounds, and standard hospital equipment.

Student Responsibilities - what is expected of students in terms of hours, days of the week, shadowing or actual support?

Students will accompany veterinarians on daily herd health visits. Most of the work is Monday through Friday. Emergency work is optional. Students will have the opportunity to perform or assist in large and small animal surgeries.

Well furnished apartment. No pets allowed at apartment but they can board at the clinic.
