Description of Elective Experience

Ambulatory food animal practice.  We will be doing herd work and sick animal exams.  

Institutional and Educational Resources - staffing, equipment, etc.

Time will be spent with one of 5 veterinarians on farm.

Student Responsibilities - what is expected of students in terms of hours, days of the week, shadowing or actual support?

Monday through Friday, 7 am to 4 pm.  Coveralls or clothes that can get dirty must be worn and boots.
