Description of Elective Experience

Our Rehab Nook offers hydrotherapy, shockwave therapy, laser and acupuncture. We also offer orthopedic surgeries, behavioral services, and dentistry.

Institutional and Educational Resources - staffing, equipment, etc.

Our clinic has a rehabilitation center, ultrasound machine, xray machine, fully staffed surgery and outpatient team, and we can offer alternative medicine.

Student Responsibilities - what is expected of students in terms of hours, days of the week, shadowing or actual support?

Student is expected to shadow and provide assitance to DVMs. 40 hours a week and be able to float within different postions in the clinic (Surgery, Rooms, and Rehab Nook) Asking questions and gaining experience as needed.
