Description of Elective Experience

Interactive case management with mutiple experienced veterinarians acting as mentors.  

Institutional and Educational Resources - staffing, equipment, etc.

6 total doctors on staff between 2 hospitals with multiple support staff.  Equipment ranging from in house lab work to ultrasound, endoscopy, and laparoscopy.  

Student Responsibilities - what is expected of students in terms of hours, days of the week, shadowing or actual support?

7:20-6 pm, 5 days per week.  Shadowing with doctors during all hours.
