Description of Elective Experience

We are a full scale hospital. We are NYC's only exclusively exotic companion ani.al hospital. We perform a wide range of services from:

Surgery

Advanced radiology (digital xrays and CT scan onsite)

Endoscopy

Emergency and wellness exams

Institutional and Educational Resources - staffing, equipment, etc.

We have 4 LVTs, 4 staff DVMs, we are open 7 days a week, and have advanced equipment specifically tailored to pur patient load.

Student Responsibilities - what is expected of students in terms of hours, days of the week, shadowing or actual support?

5 days a week, 8 hour days. Shadow in appointments, shadow LVTs as well as DVMs
