Student Responsibilities - what is expected of students in terms of hours, days of the week, shadowing or actual support?

Students are expected to show up on time and be ready to work.  We pair the student with a clincian each day and they are to assist them in any procedures that they can.  4th year students are expected to perform routine surgeries such as spays and neuters under direct supervision.
