Description of Elective Experience

Experience with small animal, dog and cat, routine appointments, spay/neuters, imagine, dentistry with digital radiographs, emergency as they come in, blood collections, lab equipment tests, client communications and anything else that comes in that week. 

Institutional and Educational Resources - staffing, equipment, etc.

We have 2 DVMs, 4 RVTs, and multiple other support staff to support her. We have access to Idexx internal specialists and imagine specialists, as well Idexx in house lab equipment . 

Student Responsibilities - what is expected of students in terms of hours, days of the week, shadowing or actual support?

Monday through Friday the hours of operations, 8:30 am to either 5:30 pm or 6 pm. 
She can shadow the owner of the practice and the RVTs to get the most out of her week at the hospital.
