Description of Elective Experience

Student will get experience in laparoscopic AI, embryo transfer, IVF and semen collection and freezing in small ruminants

Institutional and Educational Resources - staffing, equipment, etc.

Practice has equipment to perform laparoscopic AI, laparoscopic OPU, semen analaysis and freezing.  Practice also has ultrasound for pregnancy diagnosis.

Student Responsibilities - what is expected of students in terms of hours, days of the week, shadowing or actual support?

Students are expected to assist in all scheduled programs which may require them to work weekends and travel.
